In the 3rd round of the European Chess Team Championship in Warsaw, the Armenian men’s team defeated the Austrian team with a score of 2.5:1.5. Tigran Petrosyan’s victory over Peter Schneider on the fourth board was decisive in this competition. Levon Aronian drew with Marcus Rugger, Sergey Movsisyan with David Shengelia, and Gabriel Sargsyan with Robert Kreisl.
