After the appeal of the citizen in Cherkessk, a pedestrian zone was equipped

On behalf of the head of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Rashid Temrezov, a pedestrian zone on Komsomolskaya Street was landscaped in Cherkessk. Earlier, a local resident approached him with this question.

In 2020, the territory was laid out with decorative tiles, now 15 benches and 15 urns were installed here, the press service of the head and government of the KChR reported.

This year, the road next to the pedestrian zone will also be repaired (according to the national project “Safe High-Quality Roads”): workers will update the roadway, making it wider, and will also increase the number of parking spaces.

In total, more than 15 kilometers of Cherkessk roads will be repaired as part of the national project in 2021.
