After the expulsion, now the case against the activists

The case is said to have taken place after Bhaluka was expelled from the party for creating obstacles in creating a fair business environment.

On Monday (September 2) night, on behalf of BNP, a written statement was filed at Valuka police station on the instructions of acting chairman of the party, Tariq Rahman, alleging that various institutions were receiving immoral benefits using BNP’s name. At 10:30 pm, Syed Emran Saleh, Joint Secretary General of the BNP filed a statement at the Prince Valuka police station.

The BNP expelled Bachchu from all the positions of the party, including the joint convener of Mymensingh South District, the convener and primary member of BHaluka Upazila on Sunday.

In this regard, BNP Joint Secretary General Syed Emran Saleh Prince said that in the changed situation, there are allegations that some people are engaging in immoral activities using the name of BNP. The party leadership including the acting chairman of the party has repeatedly warned everyone about this and has taken organizational disciplinary action against the accused. Acting Chairman of BNP Tariq Rahman has decided to take not only organizational disciplinary action but also legal action against those who are involved in these misdeeds, destroying the image of the party. 15 years of sacrifice and commitment of leaders and activists cannot be questioned for the misdeeds of a few individuals. The high command of the party including Tariq Rahman is adopting zero tolerance policy in this regard.
