AIADMK General Committee Matters – EPS Appeal in the Supreme Court

Edappadi Palanisamy’s team has appealed to the Supreme Court that the court cannot interfere in the decisions of the party’s executive committee.

The EPS team has appealed to the Supreme Court against the High Court order regarding the AIADMK General Committee.

Party executive and general committee decisions are related to party executives. The court has no power to intervene.

The petition therefore seeks an order directing the High Court not to restrain the decisions of the General Assembly.
