He got angry when his mother and brother objected. Then the person who did the trespassing was tied up in the plane. The suspect was later handed over to the London Police. According to the mother’s complaint, the assailant was given excessive alcohol on the flight.
Shankar Mishra was arrested the other day for urinating on the body of an elderly female passenger in an Air India flight. Mishra was brought to Delhi and sent to judicial custody for fourteen days by the Patiala House Court. Air India has issued a show-cause notice to four employees including the pilot of the flight. Air India CEO said in a statement that an internal inquiry will be conducted to check whether there was any lapse in serving alcohol without a show-cause notice and intervention in the complaint.

Shankar Mishra, a native of Mumbai, was dismissed from the Wells Fargo company. Shankar Mishra was the vice president of the Indian chapter of Wells Fargo, an American multinational financial services firm headquartered in California. On November 26, Shankar Mishra urinated on a woman passenger in business class on a New York-Delhi Air India flight. He had requested the woman that if the incident came to light, it would affect his family life and not to complain to the police. But the incident came to light when the woman decided to proceed with legal action. Air India filed a complaint with the police only this week.
