Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to co-star in a upcoming Bollywood movie starring 3 heroines. The story of the film is by Rabindranath Tagore, the famous poet who sang the national anthem.

Former world beauty Aishwarya Rai made her cinematic debut in 1997 with director Mani Ratnam’s ‘Iruvar’. Although he has acted in a few South Indian films since then, Bollywood has been a hotbed of cinema. Actress Aishwarya Rai starred in the 2010 film ‘Enthiran’ starring superstar Rajinikanth.

After a long hiatus, director Mani Ratnam is currently working on the lead role of Nandini in the upcoming blockbuster film ‘Ponniyin Selvan’. The first part of the film, which is being made in 2 parts, is slated for release next year.
