Volt, the energy drink of the AJE Group, with a presence in more than 18 countries in Latin America, Asia and Africa, has just become the new official sponsor of Real Madrid, one of the most important soccer clubs in the world. As we remember, stars such as Vinicius Junior, Luka Modric, Jude Bellingham, among others, play in the top European champion team.

Thus, Grupo AJE becomes the first company of Peruvian origin to sponsor Real Madrid in Latin American and African countries such as Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama, Costa Rica, Egypt, Cameroon and Nigeria.

“This sponsorship with Real Madrid marks another important milestone in the history of Grupo AJE and consolidates the presence and leadership of Volt as one of the most important energy drinks in the world. We are very proud that Grupo AJE is the first Peruvian company to sponsor Real Madrid,” said Augusto Bauer, deputy CEO of Grupo AJE.

AJE’s other sponsorships

This link with the Spanish team adds to other sponsorships that the Peruvian multinational has carried out since 2010 with other important European teams.

In 2021, its Volt and Big Cola brands became the official sponsors of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the French soccer team where Lionel Messi played. In the same year, the company signed a Big Cola sponsorship agreement with the Fútbol Club Barcelona team.

To make this important agreement with Real Madrid official, representatives of Grupo AJE and the Spanish club took a tour inside the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and were able to cheer on the team in a new edition of the Madrid derby, as part of matchday 23 of the Spanish League.
