The complaints concerning the Alain Delon affair, brought by his children against his companion Hiromi Rollin, as well as the one filed by the latter in response, were both dismissed for “insufficiently characterized offenses”, indicates the Montargis public prosecutor’s office this Thursday.

The children of the famous 88-year-old actor filed a complaint in July against Hiromi Rollin, the woman they presented as his “lady in waiting”, a term she refutes. An investigation was opened into charges of violence against vulnerable people, animal abuse, moral harassment, abuse of weakness and misappropriation of correspondence.

According to their lawyer, Hiromi Rollin has “continued to isolate Alain Delon from his loved ones, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats” since the actor’s stroke.

In response, her lawyer filed a complaint for violence in a meeting, theft and slanderous denunciation, “against members of the Delon family and bodyguards”.

Unfounded accusations

During a preliminary investigation, around fifty witnesses were interviewed, and searches were carried out at the homes of Alain Delon and Hiromi Rollin. A study of the bank accounts of Hiromi Rollin, an exploitation of the telephone of the actor and his companion, as well as a medical expertise of Alain Delon, indicates the prosecution.

However, “at the end of the investigation, none of the offenses accused by the Delon family or Hiromi Rollin appear to have been constituted,” continues the prosecution. “No act of violence to the detriment of Alain Delon was noted by witnesses or by the health personnel who visited him regularly. The same is true of the acts of cruelty denounced on Alain Delon’s dog which have in no way been established. If Hiromi Rollin’s behavior could be described as directive by certain witnesses, there is no causal link with a deterioration in Alain Delon’s health likely to characterize the offense of moral harassment,” continues prosecutor Jean -Cédric Gaux.

“The offense of abuse of weakness does not appear any more constituted, the investigations having not revealed any act or abstention seriously prejudicial to Alain Delon imposed by Hiromi Rollin. No material element of misappropriation of Alain Delon’s correspondence has finally been demonstrated,” he indicates.

On the Hiromi Rollin aspect, “the exploitation of video recordings makes it possible to rule out the commission of a positive act of violence on July 5, 2023. Furthermore, it has in no way been established that Hiromi Rollin’s property was the object of theft, the parties having moreover agreed to the delivery of these. The offense of slanderous denunciation is finally not constituted, due to lack of characterization of bad faith on the part of the Delon children. »

Alain Delon “weakened” and “diminished”

In an interview published in Paris Match this Thursday, Alain Delon’s son, Anthony, described his father as “weakened”. He “can no longer bear to see himself like that, diminished”. The 88-year-old actor, who appeared emaciated in a photo published on the social network Instagram by another of his children, Alain-Fabien, on Christmas Eve, suffered a serious stroke in July 2019.

“He doesn’t speak much, it tires him or it annoys him when we make him repeat, because his voice is no longer always audible, I mean audible,” explains Anthony Delon in this interview.

He also claims to have filed a complaint against his sister Anouchka, accusing her of not having informed him that their father had been “subjected to five cognitive tests” between 2019 and 2022 and that he “did not pass any of them “. On this subject, the Montargis public prosecutor’s office indicates that it has not, “as it stands, been the recipient” of this handbook.
