He continued, “We have managed to reach the top, and I feel that if our sporting paths were to separate, it had to be from there. From the place we always worked for and always aspired to reach.”
Alcaraz emphasized the personal growth fostered by Ferrero, stating, “You have made me grow as an athlete, but above all as a person. And something I value a lot: I have enjoyed the process. I stay with that, with the journey together.”
