The Indonesian Grand Prix win marks a significant milestone in Aldeguer’s career. He is now the first rookie to win a MotoGP race as Jorge Martin‘s victory at the Austrian Grand Prix in 2021. At just 20 years old, Aldeguer is also the second youngest rider in history to achieve a motogp race win.”This is a dream come true,” a senior official stated, reflecting the excitement surrounding the young rider’s potential.

Marquez Involved in First-Lap Incident, Sustains Injury
The race was marred by a dramatic incident on the opening lap involving Marquez and Bezzecchi. Bezzecchi, starting from pole position, experienced a poor start, dropping to sixth place after the first two turns. In a persistent effort to regain the lead,Bezzecchi made contact with the rear of Marquez’s Ducati,sending both riders crashing into the gravel.
Marquez appeared to be in significant pain following the impact. He was seen hunched over on the track before slowly getting to his feet and clutching his shoulder. Collarbone Injury for Marquez, Further Setback at mandalika
Following the race, Ducati confirmed that Marquez had suffered an injury to his right collarbone consequently of the collision.”Consequently of today’s crash at Indonesian GP, Marc Marquez has suffered an injury to his right collarbone,” Ducati said in a statement released on social media. The team announced that Marquez would travel to Madrid, Spain, for further medical evaluation and to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
This injury is especially concerning as it affects the same shoulder Marquez fractured during the 2020 Spanish Grand Prix, an incident that required multiple surgeries and a prolonged recovery period. The crash also continues a frustrating pattern for Marquez at the Mandalika International Circuit, where he has yet to finish a Grand Prix in four attempts.
Bagnaia Also faces Disappointment
Ducati’s difficult afternoon continued a few laps later when two-time champion Francesco Bagnaia crashed out of the race. The Italian rider,who has struggled throughout the 2025 season,visibly expressed his frustration after the incident.
