jpnn.comJAKARTA – Most of the honorary workers are waiting for confirmation of their appointment as state civil servants (ASN) as government employees with a work agreement (PPPK).
Secretary General of the DPP Indonesian Non-category Two Honorary Forum (FHNK2I) for Education Personnel (Tendik) Herlambang Susanto hopes that the government will provide an opportunity for honorary employees who are not included in the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) data collection to complete the 2024 PPPK selection.
“Hopefully it will not only be honorary honorary records that are recorded by BKN that will be prioritized for being appointed by PPPK, but also those that have not been recorded yet,” said Herlambang to JPNN.com, Monday (29/4).
He revealed that all honorary workers hope to change their status to ASN PPPK. It is not a problem if only part-time PPPK is appointed, as long as all of them become ASN.
Herlambang also believes that the honorarium will not be a problem if the salary starts next year according to the capabilities of each region’s APBD.
“If it’s not like that, the number of honorary statuses will continue to increase forever,” he said.
Herlambang hopes that the central and regional governments can provide the same opportunity for this year’s honorees to take part in the CASN selection.
Even though the salary will be given next year, explained Herlambang, at least the usual salary is received every month.
