Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa’ is a box office hit. Released in theaters on December 17, 2021, the film claims to have garnered the best collection of Indian films released that year. The film has grossed over Rs 300 crore at the global box office. It is reported that the film is all set to release soon.
The latest information is that ‘Pushpa’ will be released through Amazon Prime Video, a leading OT platform. But there has been no official announcement on this. According to Telugu media reports, Pushpa will be released on ODT on the 7th of this month. Neither the manufacturers nor Amazon Prime have confirmed this. The OTD release date of regular after-theater releases is not announced in advance by Prime Video.
The film is directed by Sukumar. The title of the first part of the two-part film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ has just been released. The film has been released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Pushpa was also seen in Fahad Fazil’s Telugu debut film. The heroine of the movie is Rashmika Mandana. Allu Arjun arrives as Pushparaja, a blood sandalwood smuggler. The film received a good response in Kerala as well. Pushpa was the first in the collection of translated films released in Kerala last year.
