Penthouse in the Royal Deaths Project

Apparently the cold in the local real estate market is not here yet. BizPortal has learned that the company “Tnufa Ba’ir” from the Ram Aderet Group sold a penthouse apartment in the Ramat Hachayal neighborhood in northeast Tel Aviv for NIS 12.865 million. This is a record price in the neighborhood – both in apartment prices First hand and in second-hand apartments – this emerges from an inspection carried out against reports with the tax authority.
This is a huge six-room apartment in the “Royal Killers” project with an area of 191 square meters and with balconies with a total area of 109 square meters. The penthouse faces a pastoral inner garden.
The “Royal Killers” project is the construction of a luxury boutique built as part of TMA 38/2. It includes a five-story building and 21 apartments in a diverse mix: small apartments with 2 rooms, 4 and 5 rooms, garden apartments and penthouses. The project is already under construction. The project was completed and designed by HQ Architects, and published in international architecture magazines.
Tali Sharon, VP of Marketing and Sales at the Ram Aderet Group, confirmed the details, saying: “This is a record price for an apartment in the Ramat Hachayal neighborhood. The buyers are a couple from Rosh HaAyin who sold a ground-level housing unit and are moving to Tel Aviv. “Harogi Hamalkot Street is considered one of the main and well-known points in the high-quality Ramat Hachayal neighborhood, which combines a peaceful community life with a lively commercial and business life.”
