BusinessWest Seeks Nominations for 12th Annual 40 Under Forty Alumni Achievement Award

Nominations are currently being accepted for the 40 Under Forty Alumni Achievement Award, recognizing exceptional leaders who have built upon prior success. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, April 9.

BusinessWest is calling for nominations to honor individuals who have demonstrated continued excellence after being recognized as a “40 Under Forty” honoree. This prestigious award celebrates those who have not only achieved early career success but have also sustained and expanded upon their accomplishments, making a significant impact on the region.

Celebrating Regional Rising Stars

The 40 Under Forty program, launched in 2007, was created to identify and celebrate the most promising young professionals across the region. According to a company release, the program aims to highlight individuals who are not only excelling in their respective businesses but are also deeply involved in their communities.

In 2015, BusinessWest expanded its recognition efforts with the creation of the Alumni Achievement Award. This award specifically honors past “40 Under Forty” recipients who have demonstrably continued to build upon their initial success. “Nominator input is crucial in helping BusinessWest identify the very best,” a senior official stated.

Gala to Honor Finalists and Announce Winner

Finalists for the Alumni Achievement Award will be featured in an upcoming issue of BusinessWest. The winner will be announced at the annual 40 Under Forty awards gala, presented by PeoplesBank, on Thursday, June 11 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.

The event promises to be a celebration of regional talent and leadership.
