Universities in the United States of America began to submit to some of the demands of student protesters in support of Palestine after sit-ins that lasted several days.

“The channel confirmed”CNNThe American University of California, Riverside, reached an agreement with the protesters to end their sit-in this Saturday evening.

The channel explained: “The agreement includes the university administration’s pledge to transparency and disclosure of investments and academic cooperation programs with abroad.”

While the network announcedNBCThe American University of Vermont canceled a speech by the American representative to the United Nations, Thomas Greenfield, in response to the demands of the protesting students.

The student movement continues in American universities, despite the dispersal of sit-ins several times at universities in New York and California, while sit-ins continue in a number of American universities in rejection of the war on Gaza.

At least 30 American universities witnessed pro-Palestinian protests, and the American Fox News channel indicated that the total number of detainees in the past two weeks is close to 2,000.
