Beijing: The police intensified the investigation against the YouTuber who burned and ate a great white shark. The incident happened in China. A video of him catching a shark, roasting it and eating it went viral. After this, the police announced an investigation. The investigation is against a vlogger known as TC. They filmed the video from catching the shark to eating it.
White sharks are included in the list of endangered species. Catching and killing them is considered a crime under International Union for Conservation of Nature law. Based on this, an investigation is being conducted against TC. The Chinese government has also listed them as protected animals. Illegal possession is punishable by five to ten years in prison.
TC eats Shark Month by BBQing it. ‘ You may find it hard to see, but its flesh is very tender,” says TC. They are filming the video by lying next to the shark to show that it is taller than them.
