Anil Ambani resigns as Director, Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has arrested three people, including Anil Ambani, in connection with a Reliance Home Finance scam. It also prohibits contact with persons affiliated with SEBI, directors of companies registered with SEBI and advertisers.
Anil Ambani has resigned as director of Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure following a stalemate in financial investment. It has been announced that Rahul Sarin has been appointed as an additional director for both the companies for the next five years.
