Puducherry: Annai Rani cricket team won the T-20 cricket first semi-final league match in Puducherry.
T-20 Cricket ‘League Come Knockout’ tournament organized by Puducherry Union Cricket Academy and Association is going on at Laspettai Stadium. In this, 500 athletes from 32 cricket club teams have participated.
In the first semi-final league match this week, Annai Rani and Gorgadu cricket teams clashed.
Gorgadu cricket team, who came to the field first, scored 108 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 15 overs. Dinesh of Annai Rani cricket team took 3 wickets. Bharat Ganesh and Suriya took 2 wickets each.
Annai Rani cricket team, who entered the field next, scored 110 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 9 overs and won by 6 wickets. Mohan of this team scored 38 runs and Ganesh scored 37 runs.
Praveen took 3 wickets. Committee Chairman Chandrasekaran, Administrators Gilbert, Parthiban, Ganesh, Arvind are making arrangements for this.
