Kakkanad – Kochi Taluk Revenue Recovery Special Tehsildar Office Senior Clerk MP Padmakumar and Tripunithura Land Tribunal Special Tehsildar Office Senior Clerk T. Smitha were suspended by the Collector for violation of code of conduct. Both were recently married.

The charge against Padmakumar is that he was married earlier and married another while he was still with his wife. The crime against Smitha is that she married a man who has a wife. The suspension followed a complaint filed by Padmakumar’s first wife with the collector.
