Antonio López’s lawyer has taken advantage of his first intervention in the trial of the “Emvicesa case” to request the annulment of several procedural actions during the investigation of the case upon understanding that violations of the right of defense have occurred.
On the one hand, the lawyer has alluded to the annulment of the order that declared the case secret on October 7, 2015, as well as the failure to comply with the rules with wiretapping.
In this second section, he has asked that the wiretapping orders be annulled, “hours and hours of sacrifice of privacy have already been recorded” by Antonio López, according to his lawyer.
In his opinion, the Prosecutor’s reports were “empty of content” and he has denounced that the intervention “does not conform to the required control”, which is why he has also requested to have the full content of the wiretapping carried out by the National Police during the investigation.
