Antonio Rüdiger celebrates with an iconic folding chair after Real Madrid reached the CL final

by time news

Real Madrid central defender Antonio Rüdiger unpacked the famous folding chair celebration from his currently injured teammate David Alaba after the 2-1 win in the Champions League semi-final second leg against FC Bayern Munich.

After Real’s victory thanks to Joselu’s late goals, which meant they reached the Champions League final, Rüdiger grabbed a folding chair from the Bernabeu crowd.

The German international then first imitated how Alaba once scored Karim Benzema’s decisive goal to make it 3-1 in the CL round of 16 second leg of the 2021/22 season against Paris Saint-Germain cheered with a folding chair.

He then ran over to Alaba, who was celebrating with his teammates on the lawn after the game, and handed him the folding chair. The Austrian celebrated again like he did against PSG in 2022.
