Apple Inc. announced Tuesday (March 26) that the company will hold its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) from June 10-14.

Apple stated that The conference will be broadcast live on Apple’s website. Apple will also invite some of its software creators to visit the company on the first day of the conference for an in-person celebration.

CNBC news agency reported that Apple may unveil its long-awaited artificial intelligence (AI) strategy and consumer features at this year’s conference. In February, Mr. Tim Cook, Apple’s Chief Executive Officer, stated that Apple has been investing heavily in AI and has hinted that there will be some AI-related announcements later this year, which many analysts believe will happen at WWDC.

Apple typically launches the latest software releases for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV at WWDC via a keynote video on the first day of the conference. The video, led by Cook and other Apple employees, will also be broadcast on YouTube.

In addition, in some annual meetings Apple has also launched professional hardware such as Mac laptops.

At this year’s meeting Apple also plans to release the first major software update for its Vision Pro glasses, a virtual reality (VR) device that launched earlier this year.
