The International Consortium of Investigative Journalism (ICIJ) has published about 11.9 million documents on offshore accounts of 35 current and former world leaders, as well as 330 high-ranking officials from 91 countries. The archive is entitled Pandora Papers.
In particular, we are talking about 19 Russian, 38 Ukrainian, 9 British, 9 Brazilian, as well as Middle Eastern, Chinese, Latin American politicians and high-ranking officials, including former and current prime ministers, monarchs and so on. The only country where not a single politician or civil servant associated with offshores is named is the United States.
The dossier was compiled by 150 news agencies, newspapers and other publications, including The Washington Post, BBC, The Guardian, Radio France, Oštro Croatia, Indian Express, The Standard Zimbabwe, Morocco Le Desk and Diario El Universo of Ecuador.
