A cosmetic rhinoplasty intended to correct a minor asymmetry has left Argentine actress and model Dorismar Sánchez facing multiple surgeries and potential legal action, as she publicly shares her harrowing experience with a procedure she describes as a case of medical malpractice.

This marked her fourth nose surgery. “For those who don’t know, after having gone through malpractice, I traveled and I am today in Colombia, Bogotá. I came to operate with Dr. Froilán Páez… I am really getting very good results, I saw something out there and I am very happy,” she shared.
