Carmina Burana Brings a Masterpiece to Life
In February, the arkéa Arena will host a performance of Carmina Burana, a 20th-century masterpiece combining ballet, orchestra, and choral arrangements. Composed by Carl Orff between 1935 and 1936, based on a collection of lyric poems, the work has become a cornerstone of modern classical performance as its debut in 1937. The performance is scheduled for February 14th.
Massive Attack Announces 2026 Bordeaux Date
Trip-hop pioneers Massive Attack will bring thier immersive live show to the Arkéa Arena on March 13th. Known for their atmospheric soundscapes and politically charged lyrics, the group will be performing songs from their fourth album, The Power of Power, released in 2024.According to the group,the album “contains 16 hits and 1 dung,a metal that is as powerful as it is easy.”
Charlotte Cardin Blends French and English Pop
International star Charlotte Cardin will grace the stage on April 24th, bringing her bilingual pop style to Bordeaux. Hailing from montreal and now based in Paris, Cardin’s platinum-certified single “Feel Good” exemplifies her ability to seamlessly blend French and English lyrics.
Lorie Celebrates 25 Years of Music
Pop icon Lorie is making a highly anticipated return to the stage, celebrating the 25th anniversary of her debut hit, “Near my house.” After a period of absence, Lorie will perform at the Arkéa Arena as part of a larger tour, promising “an atypical experience, a mix of concert, show, club and party, with all his greatest hits.”
