Armenian coaches participated in the “Student Exchange Program” course

Students participating in the UEFA PRO license courses from 4 national federations – Armenia, Albania, Greece and Montenegro – were at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on May 13-16, as part of the UEFA Student Exchange Programme. :

UEFA assists coaches in knowledge sharing as well as access to UEFA educational materials.

At least 4 national association representatives attend each course together with their coach education coordinator. Experienced UEFA coaching instructors work with the students.

During the course, the participants get the opportunity to conduct practical training, as well as get acquainted with such topics as crisis management, mental strength, self-improvement methods, communication with the mass media, etc.

Participants are also given the opportunity to speak in the format of flash interviews organized after the Champions League matches, as well as receive important tips on communicating with print media, radio and television.

According to the above format, the coaches participating in the FFA coaching PRO license course in 2013. On May 13-16, at the UEFA headquarters, they participated in a course organized within the framework of this program, during which Armenian coaches had the opportunity to follow the lectures of such well-known football experts as Howard Wilkinson, Nico Romain, Peter Rudback, Jacques Crouvasier and others.

During the course, the participants were also given the opportunity to witness the media training simulation conducted by the famous football journalist Mark Chaplin, and the head coach of the national team, Vardan Minasyan, also participated in the Flash-interview simulation. The participants of the course conducted a number of practical exercises and also analyzed the final match of the Europa League.
