On April 26, the co-founders of the “Armenian Project” organization, Karen Igityan and Edgar Elbakyan, met Archbishop Ter Bagrat Galstanyan, leader of the Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, on the Kirants-Acharkut section of the Armenia-Georgia interstate highway.
