Jaya Balaji hails from Lalgudi area of Trichy. He is working as an army soldier in Meerut, Gujarat. It is said that while Jaya Balaji had come to his hometown for a vacation, some women took obscene pictures. Some had complained to the police about this.
On the basis of that complaint, the police caught Army soldier Jaya Balaji and took his cell phone. There were many obscene pictures of women in it which shocked the police. He was arrested and is currently in jail. It may be mentioned that the wife of Army soldier Jaya Balaji is working in the police force in Chennai.
