    [post_content] => [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Por primera vez, la asociación Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla ha sido la encargada de organizar la Carrera de Color Solidaria “Corre #AbriendoMentes”, que se celebró el pasado 13 de mayo en el Parque del Alamillo de Sevilla; un evento deportivo, social, inclusivo y solidario, en el que hubo espacio para distintas prácticas deportivas, además de la propia carrera.

El encuentro comenzó con una clase de zumba, a la que siguieron algunas intervenciones de Ana María Cirera León, presidenta de Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla, Soraya Sánchez y Andrés López, representantes de FAISEM, Mercedes Soriano, Coordinadora del IAM en Sevilla y Javier Moreno, representante del Comité de Personas Usuarias de Salud Mental Andalucía; todos y todas agradecieron la participación y el apoyo recibido, y ahondaron en "la importancia de realizar este tipo de actos para dar visibilidad a lo que siempre ha sido invisible: la Salud Mental", explican desde Asaenes en nota de prensa.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="95308" img_size="full" add_caption="yes" alignment="center"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="95304" img_size="full" add_caption="yes" alignment="center"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A continuación, se dio el pistoletazo de salida a la Carrera “Corre #AbriendoMentes”, con un recorrido de 3 kilómetros, en la que pudieron participar personas de todas las edades, en las categorías infantil, juvenil y adulta. A lo largo del recorrido,se habilitaron cuatro puntos, en los que se lanzaban polvos de colores, animando y dinamizando el evento. Tras la entrega de trofeos, las personas ganadoras de las categoría adulta, infantil y juvenil recibieron una invitación semanal a las instalaciones del gimnasio Forus Sevilla.

Para finalizar, se celebraron también varios sorteos impulsados por las empresas patrocinadoras del evento, con premios como tours por Sevilla en los autobuses de CitySisghtseeing y camisetas firmadas por las primeras plantillas del Real Betis Balompié y del Sevilla Fútbol Club. Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla celebrates its first Solidarity Color Race “Run #OpeningMinds”

The competition, open to the general public, took place in the Parque del Alamillo in Seville and was accompanied by other sports practices.

For the first time, the Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla association has been in charge of organizing the Solidarity Color Race “Run #OpeningMinds”, which was held on May 13 in the Alamillo Park in Seville; a sports, social, inclusive and supportive event, in which there was space for different sports practices, in addition to the race itself.

The meeting began with a Zumba class, which was followed by some interventions by Ana María Cirera León, president of Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla, Soraya Sánchez and Andrés López, representatives of FAISEM, Mercedes Soriano, Coordinator of the IAM in Seville, and Javier Moreno, representative of the Andalusia Mental Health Users Committee; all of them thanked the participation and the support received, and delved into «the importance of carrying out this type of act to give visibility to what has always been invisible: Mental Health”, They explain from Asaenes in a press release.

Next, the starting signal was given to the “Run #OpeningMinds” Race, with a 3-kilometer route, in which people of all ages could participate, in the child, youth and adult categories. Along the route, four points were set up, where colored powders were thrown, enlivening and energizing the event. After the trophies were handed out, the winners of the adult, child and youth categories received a weekly invitation to the facilities of the Forus Sevilla gym.

Finally, there were also several raffles promoted by the companies sponsoring the event, with prizes such as tours of Seville on the CitySisghtseeing buses and shirts signed by the first Real Betis Balompié and Sevilla Fútbol Club squads. The day concluded with an exhibition of Body Balance by users of the Asaenes Salud Mental Sevilla branch in Alcalá de Guadaíra.
