The doctor of chemistry has been working for BASF since 1999, after less than two years he became a member of the board of directors, and he has been a member of the board himself since 2017.

The 62-year-old Martin Brudermüller has been CEO since 2018. At the end of the general meeting on April 25th, he will say goodbye to BASF. Brudermüller will then lead the Mercedes-Benz supervisory board.
