Bengali song ‘Yuvraj’ famous vocalist Asif Akbar has been ruling the music scene for a long time. Still singing regularly. This time he went to Mumbai and recorded songs in AR Rahman’s studio. This artist is very excited to go to the studio of such a legend of music and give his voice to the song.

Asif shared his feelings on his Facebook. In it he wrote, ‘All the professional recording studios in Bangladesh have been closed. Tall buildings have been built there. Musicians are making music in their homes or small shacks, biting the ground. Where industry is supposed to be bigger, our world has shrunk.’

Telling about his fascination, AR Rahman writes, ‘I have come to Mumbai for some recording work. Yesterday I gave the voice of two songs in KMM studio of respected AR Rehman sir. A spacious studio of at least fifteen thousand square feet. Inside, the mind became better, what a wonderful environment! A beautiful open school with a roof shed for those who take music classes with him. I was very lucky to be allowed to sing in his private studio. I also got to experience how the temperature of the voice room should be.’

Calling on the state, Asif Akbar writes, ‘Here an excellent security system has been created for the professional security of artists and musicians. Our country is not even close to these. Even if there are some initiatives of the state, the chicks and wolves eat everything. Everyone is busy with association and election kabaddi game. All institutions have slowly decayed. I also don’t have much ability to do anything. The industry has gone comatose due to the coral reef of fragmentation. Having fallen in love with music, I am struggling to survive. Age has also increased, I don’t like to shout anymore. Stopped working with delicate and seasonal producers, having to control quality. State, please do something. Save the music and the musicians.’
