He Council of Legislative Administration (CAL) of Parliament qualified for processing, ten new bills, on various topics, presented among January and March 2024.

In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of the Legislative Functionthe proposals were sent to the various commissions for analysis and preparation of the respective reports for the knowledge of the Plenary of the National Assembly.

The projects are the following:

  1. The initiative that modifies the Law to Promote Breastfeeding
  2. Law to Transparent Payments to Private Health Providers.
  3. The Autonomous Government Commission will discuss the reform of Cootad.
  4. The reforms to the Puerto Bolívar Development Law will be discussed by the Economic Development legislative table.
  5. The Food Sovereignty Commission will be in charge of processing the draft Comprehensive Organic Code for Agricultural and Fisheries Reactivation.

Finally, five reform projects to the codes:

  1. Processes.
  2. Of the Judicial Function.
  3. Of Democracy.
  4. Reforms to various regulatory bodies to guarantee Access to Specialized Justice for Women Victims of Sexual Violence.
  5. The draft Law for the Strengthening of the Administration of Justice and the Guarantee of the Right to the Culture of Peace, Comprehensive Security and a Society Free of Corruption, will be analyzed by the Justice and State Structure Commission.
