“I have many close friends who have achieved new success after failing several times. At that time, our country did not allow us to make mistakes. Now our country allows us to make mistakes and, of course, I did not propose anything illegal, on the contrary, I said that there is such a right, and you can use that right,” said the minister.
“It is not a call for people not to pay their loans. On the contrary, we should drastically increase our responsibility, our discipline, but we should also not forget about the opportunities that the law allows in desperate situations,” he said.
