The tender was held for the Samara building, which belongs to the Corfu Orphanage and until recently housed the National Bank.
In the process, two bids were submitted, from the bank EUROBANK and the company SARKK ANÓNYMH BIOMHXANIKH & EMPOPIKH ETAIPEIA PAPAGOGHS & EMPOPIAS EDÓN ENDYSEÓS & YPODHSEÓS.
The EUROBANK bank’s offer was 9,200 euros, which was also the minimum rent, while the SARKK company submitted a higher offer of 13,700 euros and won the tender.
According to information, in the building of Samara will be created shops with items of clothing/shoes of the companies Tommy Hilfiger & Clavin Klein.
For the record, a committee of the Orphanage, consisting of Andreas Kritikos, Nikos Cheirdari and Rhea Dourou, participated in the process, while the director of the Orphanage, Nikos Kargopoulos, was also there.
