Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai has decided to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah over the attack on the governor’s vehicle.

It was also reported that Annamalai had already written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah regarding the attack on the governor’s vehicle.

Meeting with Amit Shah

Annamalai has said that he will meet Amit Shah in person and lodge a complaint in this regard. Home Minister Amit Shah will arrive in Pondicherry on the 24th. Annamalai has decided to meet him that day. He told reporters in Chennai, “Union Home Minister Amit Shah is coming to Pondicherry on the 24th. Then, we are going to appeal to the governor in person about the attack on the vehicle. The Union Home Ministry will definitely take action regarding my letter. What the Chief Minister said in the Legislative Assembly about the Governor was eye-opening. If the Chief Minister wants to take real action in this matter, he should file a case against the protesters under Section 124 of the Indian Penal Code and take action against the concerned Superintendent of Police. ” Annamalai said.
