Australia has announced that it has sent the largest military aid package to Ukraine worth $250 million.

A statement published on the Australian Ministry of Defense website said: “The Australian government continues to support Ukraine, announcing the launch of Australia’s largest military aid package, worth approximately $250 million.”

The statement explains that the package includes anti-aircraft missiles, air-to-surface weapons, multiple munitions, and anti-tank weapons.

The statement explained that the latest aid package increases the size of Australia’s contribution to support Ukraine to approximately $1.1 billion.

On the sidelines of the recent NATO summit in Washington, more than 20 countries signed a document to accelerate and coordinate joint efforts to provide military support to Kiev.
