It was noted that the main roles in the ballet will be performed by famous soloists of the American Ballet Theater Lea Fleytoux and Jake Roxander.

The first premiere of the ballet “The Nutcracker,” accompanied by an orchestra conducted by Tarana Taylor, took place in 2023 and was greeted with interest by the Texas public.

It was noted that Tarana Taylor, a graduate of the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli, is a pianist with extensive experience in solo, vocal, instrumental, chamber, orchestral, theater and ballet music. She worked as a pianist with the Houston Repertory Ballet (HRB) for 7 years until she founded the orchestra, which she directs herself. The orchestra includes famous musicians who perform on stages in the United States and around the world. 15 students from the Texas Music Club, created by our compatriot Tarana Taylor in 2024, took part in the All State Music Festival in the USA, showing good results and receiving awards.
