Babken Ararktsyan, the chairman of the National Assembly of the first convocation of Armenia, passed away.

RA NA Speaker Alen Simonyan expressed his deep condolences to his family, relatives and colleagues, noting: “Mr. Ararktsyan’s dedication to the noble cause of national goals was great. Rest in peace, Mr. Ararktsyan.”

In memory of Babken Ararktsyan, on December 14, from 12:00, a memorial book will be opened in front of the sitting hall of the National Assembly.
