Bayt Mal Al-Quds Summer Schools Program Continues in Al-Quds
Al Quds – The activities of the “Summer Schools” 2024 program, organized by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency in 17 establishments for more than 4,000 Maqdessi children, continue for the second consecutive week across the different neighborhoods of the holy city.
Sponsored by the Agency’s “Children’s Club for Al-Quds”, this program also benefits some camps and villages in the governorate, including Shu’fat camp and the village of Prophet Samuel. It includes various activities that help build the child’s personality by instilling in him the values of integrity, perseverance and respect for the family, traditions and local identity.
The beneficiary institutions were selected according to the safety and security criteria in force, in order to provide children with a stimulating environment that allows them to flourish and showcase their abilities in the fields of sport and the arts, in the presence of professional animators who supervise more than 150 art, theater and games workshops that promote learning.
The 2024 Summer Schools programme, which was launched by the Agency in early August, also offers several training courses in first aid and best practices in safety and security, particularly in the event of fires in closed or open places.
