Mamta Mohandas and Asif Ali’s latest film is Mahesh and Maruti. Mamta says that it was very difficult for her to act in the song Nalumani Poov in the film.
Mamta said that she acted in the song in uniform and that she has not yet held the chotu pot. Mamta also said that she did something that she was not familiar with as she did not study in local schools. Mamta said these things in an interview given to Kaumudi Movies.
“The biggest challenge I faced in Mahesh and Maruti was wearing the school uniform. I used to wear uniform when I was in school. How long has it been? I have never held a steel box like the one shown in the movie.
Because I never went to local school. So I didn’t know how to hold that steel box. First time holding it. “I will never forget that experience,” said Mamta.
Mahesh and Maruthi will hit the theaters on March 10. A 1984 model Maruti 800 car is also a central character in the film. The film is directed by Sethu.
Maniyanpillai Raju is producing the film under the banner of Maniyanpillai Raju Productions and VSL Film House. He also plays an important role in the film.
Mamta Mohandas and Asif Ali are coming together after a long gap in this film. Both of them acted together in the 2010 film Katha Varadam.
