The General Staff of the Beninese Armed Forces (FAB) launched Wednesday, April 12, a special military recruitment for the year 2023. The organization of the said competition is part of the strengthening of FAB personnel.
The General Staff of the Beninese Armed Forces invite “young people wishing to take part in this recruitment […] to register in Town Halls, Police Stations or military camps throughout the national territory from Monday April 17 to Friday May 05, 2023”.
The competition will take place over several stages including a sporting event which consists of running over six kilometers for girls and eight kilometers for boys. But the date of the event remains unknown.
Conditions to be fulfilled
be at least 18 years old on January 1, 2023 and no more than 30 years old on December 31, 2023;
not be a State agent or a former military officer;
have a good physical constitution and be fit to take part in sporting events.
Application file
a copy of the birth certificate or the supplementary judgment;
a complete photo of the person concerned
a medical certificate of physical aptitude issued by a military doctor or the head doctor, responsible for the health center of the municipality or the reference hospital of the zone;
a certificate or attestation of military position to be taken at the registration centres.
