Police quickly caught up, apprehending one suspect immediately and detaining three others in the vehicle after discovering burglary tools at a nearby motorway entrance.

Prior to that incident, on Saturday, a 34-year-old man was arrested while driving a van. Police found a specialized spreader, burglary tools, and a radio inside the vehicle. He is also suspected of driving without a valid license.

While the power outage has caused significant disruption, the police have not reported a large surge in criminal activity. They continue to monitor the situation closely and respond to incidents as they arise.
