Biden gets confused (again) on behalf of the country – in front of its prime minister

by time news

While Biden was trying to thank the Cambodian Prime Minister, he said: “I want to thank the leadership of the Colombian Prime Minister as the chairman of the committee.” It is evident that the president got confused between Colombia and Cambodia – two countries quite far from each other and not for the first time. It turns out that Biden got confused with the exact same name and this before he flew to the climate conference in Egypt over a week ago. Last time the president messed up he corrected himself as soon as he made the mistake, but this time it didn’t happen.

As mentioned, this is one of many mistakes by Biden. Recently, he got the name of the new British Prime Minister Rishi Snook quite clearly wrong, when he called him “Rashi Snook”. Furthermore, he recently addressed the wife of a senator when he thought she was the candidate senator and in another speech addressed a woman from his staff who he did not know had passed away.
