Washington: President Joe Biden has signed into law a bill to curb gun violence in the United States. With the passage of the bill in the Senate and House of Representatives yesterday, the bill is now law.

The law regulates the use of firearms on the basis of age. The law also provides for restrictions on the use of firearms in schools and public places. The bill passed the House of Representatives last Friday with the support of 234 people, including 14 Republicans. 193 opposed.

The U.S. was waiting for the president to sign the bill, which was passed by the Senate a day earlier.
