In Brazil, the incident in which a black man was killed by two policemen has caused a stir among the people.
Federal police have released footage of a black man, Genivaldo de Jesus Santos, being assaulted in the Brazilian city of Ambauba.
Police later attacked Santos, locked him in the back of the car and tortured him with tear gas. In this, he fell ill and died on the way to the hospital.
When Santos refused to cooperate with the investigation, police said he did so to restrain himself. The incident has caused a great deal of unrest among the people of the country.
