Ludhiana: Two people were killed in a blast at a court complex in Ludhiana, Punjab. Several people were injured. The condition of four people is critical. The bomber struck shortly after noon in a third-floor bathroom. The walls of the toilet and the windows of the adjoining rooms were shattered.
