jpnn.comJAKARTA – An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 with the epicenter at sea 127 kilometers southeast of Malang Regency, East Java.

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Company (BMKG) said that the earthquake occurred within the early hours of Tuesday at round 02.42 WIB.

In keeping with the identical info, the earthquake was felt across the space with a “modified, mercally, depth” (MMI) scale of III Karangkates, II Malang, II Jember, II Kepanjen, II Kuta.

The epicenter of the earthquake was at coordinates 9.28 LI, 112.61 East Longitude or 127 kilometers southeast of Malang Regency, with a depth of 10 kilometers.

Because of this, BMKG directs that with this earthquake, the general public should be alert and cautious about attainable aftershocks which will happen.

“It’s felt that this earthquake course must be handed on to the neighborhood,” wrote the official BMKG assertion.
