Boligo acquires a shopping center in Atlanta for $ 38 million

Real estate investment firm Buligo Capital reports this morning that it has entered into a partnership agreement through a subsidiary to purchase the 44,000-square-foot Midtown 1010 shopping center in Atlanta, Georgia, for about $ 38 million.

The scope of the transaction, including the amounts intended for the improvement of the property, will be $ 39.6 million. The amount of equity in the transaction is $ 14.9 million, with Boligo intending to invest in equity as LP, in an amount yet to be determined. Completion of the transaction is expected during the first quarter of 2022

Boligo Capital was issued on the stock exchange in September at a value of NIS 320 million, and has since risen by 184%, to a market value of NIS 908 million.
