Bols et Poké Lévis: Restaurant Closure News

The fast-food restaurant Santé announced the closure of its location on President-Kennedy route on Monday via social media. Online orders from the Lévis location are currently unavailable, and afternoon phone calls went unanswered, suggesting the closure is already in effect.

“This decision was not easy to make. Despite all the love, energy and efforts invested, the reality is that the customer base has unfortunately not been there over time, and we are no longer able to keep this branch alive at present,” said Maryse Boisvert and Rafaelle Morency-Larose, co-owners of the Quebec-born business.

“This closure is a mourning for us, but also a necessary step to be able to get back on our feet,” they added.

Dishes on the Bols et Poké menu

In March 2025, the Bols et Poké location on rue Saint-Jean in Quebec City closed its doors as part of a company-wide restructuring. The Saint-Jean location was the original address for the brand, which launched in 2018.

The Laurier Boulevard location was also forced to close at the end of June 2025. According to a Facebook post at the time, the decision was “imposed by a legal obligation beyond the control [of the owners] linked to old commitments and professional bonds of trust which, unfortunately, have been broken.”

Subsequently, a new branch opened on Chemin des Quatre-Bourgeois in Sainte-Foy in September 2025. As of today, the Bols et Poké locations on rue Saint-Joseph Est in Quebec City’s Saint-Roch district and in Chicoutimi remain open, according to the business’s website.
