Bolsonaro goes to the STF against decision that left him ineligible

The appeal was initially filed with the TSE and is now awaiting admissibility analysis by the president of the Electoral Court, Minister Alexandre de Moraes. If the appeal meets the established requirements, the process will be forwarded to the STF.

It is worth noting that in September this year, the TSE had already rejected a previous appeal from Bolsonaro’s defense, maintaining the decision that made him ineligible.
